Robert Wooldridge, O.D., F.A.A.O.

After graduating from the Indiana University School of Optometry, Dr. Wooldridge joined the staff of the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute, University of Miami School of Medicine, widely regarded as the top-ranked Department of Ophthalmology in the United States. He is Board-Certified as a Diplomate of the American Board of Optometry, a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry, a founding member of the Optometric Glaucoma Society, and has served as the President of the Utah Optometric Association and the Mountain West Council of Optometrists. He has been named Optometrist of the Year twice by his colleagues in recognition of his leadership in optometric education. As an Adjunct Clinical Professor at several schools of Optometry, Dr. Wooldridge directs the clinical instruction program at the Eye Foundation, providing advanced experience in the field of medical eye care to interns from across the U.S. and Canada.

Dr. Wooldridge treats a wide range of ocular diseases with an emphasis on glaucoma management. He has been devoted to the care of his patients across the Wasatch Front since 1985 and lectures extensively throughout the U.S. and elsewhere to Optometric Physicians on the diagnosis and treatment of ocular diseases.
